Treant Druid? Druids can't summon stone golems but they could summon an earth elemental.

Wildshapeless (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#druid) druid with an earth elemental companion (CM) and the Woodling (MM3) or Greenbound (LE) template. Done.

Which makes sense as Daisy seems more like an earth elemental than something artificial (like a stone golem).

Remember, Ivern wasn't born a tree. He's a human who was transformed into his current state. So a templated human is probably going to be more fitting than a treant.
