take natural spell ASAP and kick the other feats down a step.

your con will be horrifically low, inflicting a -3hp/hd penalty, so depending on what starting level you're using, buy an item for it immediately if you can't rejigger your point buy.

The 8 in Con is after the racial adjustment:) sorry didn't make that clear. and yes was planning on a con item soon in the build. :) natural spell? what does it do?

natural spell (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#naturalSpell) lets you cast spells while wild shaped. unless you're willfully handicapping yourself, its presence is mandatory on any wild shaping character who casts spells.

Ahh makes sense will trade out natural bond because from what I can tell natural bond wont do anything with the elemental substitution. :)

Also thinking of being Human instead of Spellscale here:) CHR would drop to 14 and Con would go up to a 10, gaining a feat at 1st level but losing auras.

If you switch around your dex and con, you can use a good wild shape form to cover up your dex deficiency. You can't nearly as easily cover up a con deficiency.

auras? are you talking about your blood-quickening meditations?

yes those blood meditations:)

ok. those certainly don't beat the human's feat and skill.

That's what I was thinking. Human seems like a better fit.
