Darth Vitiate vs Any single Greater God of Dungeons and Dragons. . . who wins? Darth Vitiate can cause thunder storms to cover an entire planet, and possesses bodies called "Voices" of the Emperor. This Emperor, also called Emperor Valkorion was so evil that his own enforces and son turned against him. I know his powers and feats even though I don't know if Volkorion himself is Darth Vitiate or if he's possessed by Darth Vitiate. . . anyone know? ((I haven't played all of SWTOR)).

Valkorian is Vitiate. They still haven't explained why he went from omnicidal maniac who wants to devour all life to a guy who for whatever reason thought another evil empire with him on top was somehow better and more deserving of life than the Sith Empire.
That wasn't a thunder storm, that was a 'drain all life leaving dry husks' storm

Which edition of the D&D are we talking about? And which god? In 1e the gods will probably lose, as might certain 3.x gods. In 2e the basic idea was 'gods are beyond mortals and don't need stats' and could crush Vitiate. He's powerful but not more so than a high-level caster in D&D.

Third Edition. I suppose Darth Vitiate vs Boccob sounds good.

Boccob utterly annihilates Darth Vitiate. While Vitiate is on the upper end as far as Star Wars is concerned, an epic spellcaster like Boccob is on a different plane. Even EU Palpatine only gets to level 13-15 D&D power levels (mass telepathy, mind control, teleportation, body shuffling, "ethereal" travel) and Boccob is 20th level in both Cleric and Wizard (with his CL being higher) with a very large selection of incredibly powerful deity-only Divine Salient Abilities.

Boccob has an almost infinite amount of ways to kill Vitiate, including teleporting him into a sun/black hole, turning him into an ant and stepping on him, trapping his soul in a diamond, moving Vitiate onto a plane that is only fire/water, nuking him from orbit/other planes with offensive magic, dominating his mind, breaking his mind, erasing him from existence, or just beating him up with a stick.

Palpatine can cause Force storms to destroy worlds and fleets of starships. That's epic spell casting.

Hmm, I don't remember him destroying worlds, just starships, in Dark Empire, but that level of power probably does suggest epic, though I would argue that properly metamagicked non-epic spells could do the trick.

Still, Boccob reaaaaallly outclasses the Star Wars universe. Even beings like the Celestials or Abeloth would probably get crushed by Boccob.

Boccob has Alter Reality, using his Deities and Demigods printed statblock. He can just spam Wish at-will until this Darth fails their saving throw, and they end up in a black hole or the heart of a sun somewhere regardless of any protections they might have against involuntary transportation. Of if Boccob wants a more personal touch to the kill for some reason, he has literally every arcane spell ever written available for spontaneous casting at-will, all of which are Quickened, Silent, Still, and can be further metamagiced up to 21st level. Or just Alter Reality his feat list for Epic Spellcasting and instantly research an infinite-DC "Eradicate Darth Vititate" spell of some kind.

He might be badass by mortal standards, but mortal he still is.

Alteratively. Ice Assassin.

Now Darth Vitiate has to fight an idential version of himself which is completely loyal to Boccob in addition to fighting Boccob.

(Replace Boccob with "any diety with access to level 9 sor/wiz spells.")

If it's Darth Vitiate vs. 3e gods, then the sith looses outright.

Even Vitiate's most impressive feat, killing everything on Ziost still doesn't compare to a 3e god.

In D&D the gods are, compared to the wet radish that is your character, unlimited in power. There is no amount of whupass that you could put together that would allow you to triumph over Vecna – he can cast any (or every) spell as a free action. He can cast "Kill Drogor the Dwarf Barbarian with no Save", a spell which heretofore had not even been researched by anyone – as a free action. And he knows many days in advance when he is going to be in danger and who he's going to be in danger from, so that's really not a battle you're going to win.

Except for pun-pun.
