I think I am addicted to shopping online. It has only happened recently but I just cannot stop myself from buying things on Amazon, eBay and http://www.for-sale.ie/. Stuff that I really don't need. I get no satisfaction from the things that I buy once they arrive at my door. Sometimes I don't even bother opening the box or parcel. It is the actual online buying experience that I think I am addicted to. It gives me a rush, kind of like some people get from gambling. Especially the eBay auctions. There is no feeling in this world like that of outbidding somebody at the last minute. The problem is, of course, that my little pass time has slowly landed me in credit card debt and I think that I have to admit to having a problem. What should I do about this? Does anybody else have a similar addiction? I obviously very embarrassed about it so don't want to share things with my friends and family. That is why I have raised it on here. Any help would be much appreciated.
