The most likely seems to be Edward Scissorhands. Didn't Depp cut a woman's finger in that one? I'm not sure. Does anyone know if any on-screen blood has been spilled in any Tim Burton film?

Sweeney Todd. Quite a bit.

Batman has a bleeding face for a few moments before the Joker is created.
Scissorhands has that guy that Depp gutted which I think you see briefly.
Sweeney Todd has buckets upon buckets of it.

Not to mention the opening sequence, which is literally nothing but blood.

Sleepy Hollow. It was ridiculous and cartoony, but it happened.
My eyes and ears bled from how bad his Alice in Wonderland was. Does that count?

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children had some blood in the opening, though we don't see it spilled. There's also some black monster blood, and a ridiculously gory scene that's still perfectly bloodless.
Pretty sure there's a fair bit of blood in Batman Returns. Definitely in the scene where Penguin attacks that guy by biting his face during either a press conference or some other thing when he's first introduced.

Didn't cats start lapping up Selena Kyle's blood, "making" her Catwoman?

I think you're right. My theory is bust.
Thanks, all!
