Magic Item Creation - Ring of Swift Girding

So, I was hoping to use the custom magic item rules, but I wanted to make sure I understand this correctly - a Ring of Swift Girding (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/swift-girding) as a Command Word item would be (1x1x1800g) or 1800g?

If you only wanted it to be able to armor one person at a time, yes. Though, I would not that it seems rather a waste to make it a ring--put it on something carried or slotless.

Personally, it's a situational enough spell that I would bring down the cost to 1,500 gp for a ring affecting only one person at a time, but that's just my ruling as a GM.
