Gathering alchemical materials[3.PF]

Hello!

I was wondering if there was a list of DC's for if a player was trying to find alchemical ingredients out in the wilds?

I remember either a feat or a magic item, or maybe it was an ability in a prestige class let you acquire a certain valuation per day of such items.

I guess what I'm really trying to find is a sustainable way to find ingredients while out adventuring.
