Hi! First time poster here. I'm going to be DMing a Pathfinder game soon, all my players have made characters, but I'm rather stumped as for the campaign. While a lot of the Paizo adventure paths definitely look intriguing, from what I can see they seem very very railroad-y. On the other hand, Storm King's Thunder, the most recent D&D 5e campaign looks a lot more open, sandboxy, and overall more the sort of game I'd like to play. Here's my question: what difficulties would I run into if I just replaced the encounters within with their PF equivalents, changing up place names etc. to accommodate? What would I have to change, system-wise? This is assuming that flavor, lore etc isn't the hugest concern here, but the mechanics.
