Is it possible to get Timely/Gallent Inspiration on an Arcanist?

Thinking of making a Psychic caster by taking a particular blood type for Arcanist (Or sorcerer if I have to) and making it something of a 'time mage'.

So I'm looking at these two bard spells and trying to figure out how to get them on my list if its even possible to keep Psychic casting and get them.

I think the only way to get Bard spells onto the Arcanist list is with the Samsarans (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/uncommon-races/arg-samsaran)' Mythic Past Life alternate trait.
