Useful Cursed Items

I figured we should have a thread about interesting ideas for what to do with cursed items!

For instance, a Needful Doll(PF) could have a dagger(or magically shrunk larger weapon) strapped to it and left behind in a case where you're likely to be captured by a enemy--ensuring that you quickly reobtain a weapon. Sure, you'll have to deal with a nightmare, but in return you get a dagger which you can use to escape and regain your stuff!

Dust of Sneezing and Choking is an amazing weapon.

Helm of Opposite Alignment and Bag of Devouring are great for enemy conversion and waste disposal, respectively. Also enemy disposal.

Also, use Sleight of Hand to plant a Scarab of Death on a foe. After a minute of (unknowingly) carrying the item, they'll have to make a DC 25 reflex save or die.

Necklace of Strangulation is good for threatening the non-talkative evil prisoner or putting it on someone you or a party member is grappling.

I meant unorthodox uses for cursed items. Those are all rather usual uses...

3.5s cursed word weapon is useful for similar purpose if 'always have a backup weapon'.
