Am curious about all sorts of grenades and grenade-like items in this situation.

Would prefer RAW answers if possible please.

Firstly, Technology Guide grenades, smashing them with a hammer, both unprimed and primed. What happens? How tough are these things assuming they, like most things in Numeria that're tech, are made of Glaucite?

Secondly, gunpowder grenades, again smashing them, both with fuse lit and unlit. What happens?

Last, tanglefoot/tangleburn bags? They require a ranged touch attack and are not splash weapons. So technically nothing happens because they weren't used as a weapon? They just get smashed?

Assume the creature doing the smashing is using a normal warhammer but has either average strength and combat ability or enough strength and combat ability to get the job (smashing grenades for the amusement of our imaginations) done.

And finally a public service announcement from the Torgue company, "THIS FORUM POST IS IRRELEVANT!!"

A. Unsure
B. If unlit, you would just have a broken grenade. If lit, you stopped the being lit-ness so broken and unexploded.
C. Those would just be goo since as you stated they are weapons and are just smashed. Remember the bags are goo filled so naturally they would be goo when broken open. They would burst open then: would this mean your weapon is stuck to the ground? I think it would. "must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be glued to the floor, unable to move"
Now the Tangleburn bag is special: but since there is no direct hit, it would be exactly like tanglefoot.

At least one weapons locker in the Iron Gods AP has a chance of the grenades inside going off should you try to smash it open, so they can be detonated by rough handling. They used timed, rather than impact, fuses, so I wouldn't think primed vs. unprimed would make much difference. Glaucite has hardness 15, but I don't think there's a RAW answer to the HP of tech items.

If you ignite gunpowder, it burns, produces gas, and displaces whatever is around it. If compressed, this causes an explosion. If a gunpowder grenades casing is shattered, it's going to fizzle. If its cracked up enough, it will fizzle. If its not cracked up enough, it'll detonate with reduced effect.
