Hullo,

I'm in need of a clarification.

Alter self gives the creature's racial bonus feats. How can I determine on a creature entry if a feat is a racial bonus one?

In the specific case. Gargoyle. Under racial feats it says : "A gargoyle’s monstrous humanoid levels give it two feats."

And in the summary table it lists multiattack and toughness.

Are these the racial feats?

No, those are the default feats that the gargoyle selected for its 1st and 3rd RHD. A racial bonus feat will be marked with a superscript "B". Look at the wolf for an example. It has "Feats: TrackB, Weapon Focus (bite)" Track is its racial bonus feat, Weapon Focus (Bite) is its 1 HD feat.

Ahh, I see that now.

I never noticed the B before.

Thank you!
