Build a jester

Hi, I'm curious as to how you guys would build a character that satisfies the following requirements:

- great mundane (and I mean mundane) movement options (climb, jump, tumble)
- strong illusion/enchantment spellcasting (props if you can squeeze in level 9 spells)
- class feature that debuffs enemies (something with many uses/day like a bard song)
- perform skill in acrobatics (is that even a thing), comedy, juggling.
- possibly a taunt mechanic (be it a real taunt rule or simply making impractical attacking someone else while the character is still standing).

I've got some ideas but I think it might simply be not possible to satisfy all the points.
Can you do it?

-Beguilers get climb, jump and tumble as class skills.
-level 9 spells focusing on enchantment and illusion
-Debuff enemies: Spells
-Taunt: use suggestion and mass suggestion to get enemies to attack you.

Not the best fit for all of the criteria, but I feel like it does need saying - the Jester class from Dragon Compendium.

You'd have to be a Gnome, but take the Divine Bard (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#bardVariantDivineBard) variant, leading into the Divine Prankster prestige class (from Races of Stone).

Bard into Master thrower with the Arcane disciple feat to give you the trickery domain and if you play as a gnome for illusion synergy isn't to bad at all. Can be a juggler of knives and then throw them at your enemies lol :)
