3.5 Using maximize and Quicken Spell like ability

Hello,

I am at a loss about the action required for a maximized spell like ability and cannot find the references. Does it go from a standard action to a full round action?

How does this interact with Quicken spell like ability?

Maximize doesn't alter the time it takes, so it'd still be a standard. If you quickened and maximized it, it would be a swift, as normal.
