[3.5] Help With "Custom" Monster

So...weird request.

I want to apply the Winged template to an ordinary cat. Simple enough.

Now, I know I've seen some kind of Swarm template somewhere, but having trouble finding it. I'm hoping to create a flock of tiny magical beasts.

Please help me create a Swarm of Winged Cats! :smalltongue:

Advanced Bestiary (3rd party Green Ronin) has a creature swarm template that works nicely, page 45.

Closest in first party that I know if the Mob template from Dungeon Master's Guide II p55. But it's technically limited to Small, Medium, or Large creatures.

Can't you just apply the Swarm subtype to the Housecat?

Cityscape has you somewhat covered with the Pest Swarm, which is a nondefined swarm of Tiny animals. Just tweak what you want with it and add flight.

The Advance Bestiary template seems to change size to Fine, so I think Cityscape will work closer to what I was intending. (BTW, I love Advanced Bestiary - one of my favorite 3rd party 3.5 books).
