Apparently each discipline has specific weapons; these are mostly irrevelant, but sometimes something only works for the weapons of a specific discipline, such as the Shadow Hand feat which adds Dex to damage - but only for Shadow Hand weapons. I don't have TOB, so I can't check... what are the weapons for each discipline?

I find the easiest way to look up the discipline-associated weapons is to look up the Blade Meditation feat. It lists them all there.

Ah thank you too. Once again you've given me great information about ToB material. Btw is the feat worth it?

It gives some minor static bonuses that don't scale, so in general, no. If you're looking for +1 damage, you can usually find better feats out there that work more often.
