how much would you make this property cost? "Once per day on command, the wielder may transform a burglar's buckler into any mundane tool weighing 1 to 5 pounds, such as a crowbar, hammer, saw, small shovel, grappling hook, artisan's tools, or thieves' tools. The burglar's buckler retains its normal hardness and hit points in this form and can be converted back into shield form on command."

Consider that a traveler's anytool has no limit on daily uses, is counted as a masterwork set of artisan tools, and only costs 250gp, free might be too expensive.

'bout 3500. Take the 4655, subtract the 155 for a masterwork buckler, and the 1000 for the +1, and there ya go.

you would also have to subtract the cost of +2 disable device, +2 sleight of hand and +2 CMD for dirty tricks.

You're right. Knock off another 400 for each of the skills (800 total) and probably another couple hundred (?) for the CMD bonus. Maybe 2,000-2200 or so; something in that ball-park.
