So I've been playing a campaign for a little while now and my shaman has had to fill a few different roles along the way.
As a result he's become quite the all-rounder and its certainly been useful...
However I don't really like the idea of him being average at everything, I'd rather be a specialist at something.

Please give me some guidance on how I can accomplish this...

LEVEL 6
Half-orc
Shaman (Battle spirit)
STR 18
DEX 11
CON 16
INT 7
WIS 20
CHA 14

HP: 62
AC: 16 (Chain mail +6)
Attack: +9 (+4 STR, +4 BAB, +1 Weapon focus)
Damage: 1D12+6 +1D6 (Flaming Great Axe)
Hexes: Slumber, Tongues
Skills (worth mentioning): Intimidate +18, Survival +13

Feats: Intimidating prowess, Weapon focus, Dazzling display

I don't have my sheet handy, so that's just from memory.
If you have any questions, by all means, ask :)

That's a very odd feat selection. I would consider retraining. Considering your stats, I'd look into going for full battle shaman - Toughness, Heavy Armor Prof, Power Attack.

You say this...

Intimidate +18, Feats: Intimidating prowess, Weapon focus, Dazzling display
You are running an intimidation focused shaman. The fact that you fill different roles is just the nature of the shaman. You are at level 6, where you have access to both a wandering spirit and a wandering hex, giving you an absurd amount of options. You can wander into flame to increase your speed and blast like an arcane caster. Wander into mammoth and cast rage on yourself, now you are a barbarian. Wander into life and become a cleric. Shamans by nature are a jack of all trades class, but you still have the intimidation specialty.

If your DM allows crafting, pick up the fetish hex at 8th level. Otherwise, pick up a free meta-magic feat with the secret hex.

I second getting these feats, but I don't think you should retrain all of them unless you also want to retrain intimidate. Toughness is good because you have a familiar dependent on your HP, but I would grab power attack first. Once you do, get cornagun smash, which lets you get a free intimidate when you hit with power attack, meshing well with your build. Heavy armor prof is more important than toughness unless your familiar gets attacked a lot in combat. If you do go power attack, furious focus is a decent choice. At higher levels, you want a couple metamagics.

You can also continue with the display tree picking up things like disheartening display, shatter defenses, etc.
