Searching for a book of epic monsters

I'm aware that this was some sort of project at one point, but I haven't been able to find it or remember the title.

What I do recall was that some of the monsters were titanic sized, one being a giant tornado. Another I remember was a vampire with seven swords that apparently there was only one of in existence at a time. I would be grateful if somebody could name this book for me so I could track it down. I saw somebody with a pdf version of it, so it may be online-only.

Fair warning, the book is well known as a comical collection of big numbers, and not much more. The concepts seem decent, but the application for all comes down to an exercise of who can name the biggest numeral.
