How would the Deathbound Domain power work with Undead Mastery epic feat?
The first takes undead hd controlled to 3x Caster Level.
The second takes it to 10x Level.

They don't really interact, and I think you may have misread them.

Animate dead has two limits. The number you can animate in a single casting, and then number you can control simultaneously. The creation limit is 2x CL, and the control limit is 4x CL. Deathbound sets the creation limit to x3 CL, and the Undead Mastery epic feat sets the control limit to 10X CL.
