Trying to Find a WotC Article About Abandoned Cities

Hey guys. I haven't posted in a while but I've exhausted myself while searching with my unrefined google-fu. I'm looking for what the title says: some WotC article they did a while back having to do with abandoned/ruined cities. It may have been a series now that I think about it.
What I remember from it was that it had a few creatures, a fey maybe and a construct, as well as a playable race of feralized humans(?). Can anyone link me to what I'm thinking of?
