Best Eldritch Heritage Bloodline for Melee

Hello again, I had an idea for a character. The 'manliest' halfling alive. Mostly I plan to run him as a bit of narcissistic jock with oh, 7 Intelligence and 8 Wisdom. And around 15 Charisma. When figuring out how to build it I remembered Eldritch Heritage, but most of those are oriented towards casters. The first level powers of the Boreal and Stormborne bloodlines seem useful giving weapons the Shock or Chilled qualities. So any thought?

Is this meant to be a Pathfinder question? You have the thread tagged as 3.5 so I wasn't sure.

If being 'manly' is your goal, I'd suggest looking at Bloodrager bloodlines too; these can be accessed via the Raging Blood (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/raging-blood) feat.

Ooh interesting. I was unaware of that feat and will look into it. If I do write up that character I might go with Bloodrager over fighter. My definition of manly for these purposes is going to be a more competent and nicer version of Zapp Brannigan.
