This is going to be silly, but whatever.

Welcome, one and all, to GITP makes a spell! Here, we post one level of a character!
Each level should have total hit points, total save bonuses, total base attack bonus, and total skill points as well as feats. For example, a valid starting entry would be
Human Fighter 1- Str: 8 Con: 8 Dex: 8 Int: 18 Wis: 16 and Cha: 14 BAB: +1 Will: +0 Refl: +0 Fort: hp: 12, Feats: Toughness x2 and Skill Focus (Craft (Basketweaving)), Skills: Jump 4 RanksLet's assume 32 point buy, all sources (including Dragon Magazine), and average hit points. You do not have to do equipment but recommended equipment would be nice.
To start us off:
Orc Wizard 1- Str: 20 Con: 10 Dex: 8 Int: 16 Wis: 10 Cha: 6 BAB: +0 Will: +2 Fort/Refl: +0 hp: 4 Feat: Spell Focus (Evocation) Skills: Knowledge (Arcana), Knowledge (Religion), Concentration, Spellcraft, and Decipher Script (4 ranks each)This is totally NOT a rip off of the GiTP Makes a Spell by Jormengard

a question, is the next person supposed to fill the next level of the progression? are we restricted to certain sourcebooks or can we use things from everywhere that we can link?

Yes the next person fills the next level and no restrictions besides no 3rd party. Dragon Magazine doesnt count as third party though.

Orc Wizard 2- Str: 20 Con: 10 Dex: 8 Int: 16 Wis: 10 Cha: 6 BAB: +1 Will: +3 Fort/Refl: +0 hp: 6 Feat: Spell Focus (Evocation) Skills: Knowledge (Arcana) 5 ranks, Knowledge (the planes) 1 rank, Knowledge (Religion) 5 ranks, Concentration 5 ranks, Spellcraft 5 ranks, and Decipher Script 4 ranks

Can't really do anything this level. After third, I'm thinking maybe Master Specialist?

Wouldn't work, I believe our orc wizard is a generalist.
