I see you are coming from 3.5. In pathfinder, you gain a feat every two levels (so, 1, 3, 5, 7, etc.). Also, what is your race? The races in Pathfinder are stronger, and all (or almost) have stat boosts. Human gain a +2 to the stat of their choice for example.

I see you are coming from 3.5. In pathfinder, you gain a feat every two levels (so, 1, 3, 5, 7, etc.). Also, what is your race? The races in Pathfinder are stronger, and all (or almost) have stat boosts. Human gain a +2 to the stat of their choice for example.

I'm in no way a Gunslinger specialist, but human is always a great choice. Put that +2 in dex and you'll never regret it. It also has a bonus feat, which is always solid. All races with a dex bonus (elf, halfling, half-orc, half-elf) are good. If you want to go a little funkier, tiefling and aasimar are both great, especially the variant races that grant a bonus to dex and wis.
