One of the more interesting things with the Downtime system that you can do is upgrade individuals from 1st level warriors into a group of 3rd level ones or take Commoner 1s and upgrade them into Rogue 2s or 3s, or even convert someone from a Commoner 1 into a Cleric 1 and then Cleric 3 at the cost of Capital and Time.
Seeing as you can explicitly induct your followers into your organizations, what happens when you decide to upgrade them? Didn't seem to be addressed so far, much like how for the longest time, no one addressed what actually happens when an Animal gains Int 3+ outside of narrow, specific cases.
