How many different combinations of action types can be performed in a single round?

I'm trying to come up with a simple graphic to show which actions can be combined, and I'm getting lost in the permutations. How many different actions can you fit into a full round?

You get a standard, move, and swift action in any given round, plus an unlimited number of free actions. You may take these actions in any order you want. You may combine your standard and move actions into a full-round action (such as full attacking). In order to cast a spell with a 1-round (not full-round) casting time, you must sacrifice all non-free actions and concentrate until the beginning of your next turn.
When you don't use your move action to actually move, you may also take a 5-foot step at any point during your turn, which does not provoke attacks of opportunity. You may not take a 5-foot step while in difficult terrain or if your speed is 5 feet or lower.
