Bless and Spells

As I understand it, if a cleric casts Bless on himself he can use the +1d4 to attack for his own spell attacks like Guiding Bolt and Inflict Wounds. Does he also benefit from Bless for Spiritual Weapon where it's the spell that does the attacking even though it uses the cleric's attack modifier?

The wording of the spell is "you make a melee spell attack against the target," so yes.
