Quick question, since Wizards need to take 8 hours of restful activity or rather the lack of it and prepare for 1 hour, would a Wizard with something that essentially gets him infinite spell recovery (Like belt of the dread emperor and regeneration) even need to rest or even prepare for any reason. I have found no reason why one should in that case but I might be wrong.
