Hey, and welcome to my little post about a list of awesome stuff for your bard. this is not a proper guide, just a list (with hyperlinks and short summaries) and only a small scattering of suggestions for awesome stuff for your bard! Make a better bard today!

I'm counting a max possible Inspire Courage bonus of +7, at least for the parts that matter.

Master Performer, Grand Master Performer, Dervish Sikke, and the max possible 17 levels of Bard.

Also that isn't the up to date Courageous. It actually sucks (http://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1gg#v5748eaic9tf0).

SHHHHHH, you'll ruin the fun.

You are correct about the Inspire courage, but you're discounting the Flagbearer feat, which is another +2 thanks to our handy Banner of the Ancient Kings.
