Quiver of energy + Quick draw

Simple question. Could someone with the Quick draw feat as a free action grab a crossbow bolt since by RAW it is a weapon as it is on the PHB listed in the weapons table, then drop it inside the quiver as another free action and fire normally with bolts that were already in the quiver from previous rounds for the extra damage? Also since it is a free action and there is no RAW limit if this is possible this could be used to fill the whole thing in a round by RAW right?

This seems to be where the problem lies. At best, it's a move action to do that. I notice that you used "drop," but it's only a free action to drop an item "in your space or into an adjacent square," not into a specific item, like a quiver (or a sheath).
