Time Stop + Buffs + Body Outside Body?

Could a Wu Jen/Wizard cast Time Stop followed by Giant Size followed by Bite of the werebear followed by Body Outside body and have all those buffs applied on the Duplicates?

You're in DM call territory.

On the one hand, it says "indistinguishable duplicates" and them being a fraction of your size and lacking bear~ish features would be distinguishing features.

On the other, magic items are explicitly not duplicated and that can also be distinguishing. It doesn't explicitly say that spell effects -do- get duplicated.

It's up to your DM to decide which of these is the more compelling argument. FWIW, I lean toward the latter.
