If my mythic minot or barbarian (Barbar 13) wanted to use his greater disarm, would that be all he could do?? Or would he be able to use it in amongst the attacks he can do??

Any attack, including any one in a full attack, may be turned into a combat maneuver check (but not any combat maneuver). If you are doing it as your second attack, you take a -5 penalty to the check. If it is the third, you take a -10 penalty.

While many combat maneuvers can be performed as part of an attack action, full-attack action, or attack of opportunity (in place of a melee attack), others require a specific action.

You can attempt to disarm your opponent in place of a melee attack.

Disarm is one of the ones that you can do in place of any attack. This means you can do it by itself, as part of a full-attack, as part of an AoO, as part of a charge etc.
