Magic and the supernatural exist in this setting, but humans cannot use it without the help of external forces, and most humans are totally unaware they even exist.

It's a near future cyberpunk campaign set on a fantasy version of earth.

So, I'm trying to tweak existing mundane classes. Players won't have access to magic, at least not until they learn of its existence and go through the proper channels (contracts and such).

Given the nature of the setting, players will be restricted to humans.

If you are using the technology guide, modern firearms, and rules for guns everywhere(all of which is nonmagical) then you should be fine.

If you are going to have firearms be prevalent, you might want to use rules for Armor as DR as well. You can update armor to be cyberpunk equivalents that are laser/bullet resistant or whatnot. You might want to make mounts into things like motorcycles or something...horses running around seems a bit strange.

Really, all you have are fighters, rogues(ninja), barbarians(minus some powers), monks, cavaliers(samurai), vigilantes, brawlers, slayers, and swashbucklers. You can allow alchemists/investigators as well, but be aware these are going to dominate the party from the get go thanks to alchemy.

If you want to compensate for lack of magical equipment, consider using Automatic Bonus Progression (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/unchained-rules/automatic-bonus-progression) and/or Hero Points (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/hero-points).
