College of Ecdysiast

Ecdystiast Bards stray from traditional paths of the Bard and instead of rousing their allies with songs and spoken word, these bards weave their abilities through their dances, using their sex appeal and enthralling dances as their weapons on and off the battlefield. These bards are often seen as social pariahs by other colleges due to their reputation of being promiscuous beings with a less than reliant moral compass. Though, Bards of this College are often contracted for various jobs due to their abilities and face parts of society that most wouldn't dare to cross. Taking jobs as informants, escorts, even assassins if it strikes their fancy.

Art of Seduction
When joining the Ecdysiast College, you gain Unarmored Defense when wearing full clothing or less. (AC = Dexterity Mod and Charisma Mod) while also gaining proficiency in Investigation, Deception and Persuasion. If character is already proficient with one of these skills, they may instead gain double proficiency when using the chosen skill.

Make It Rain!
Once attaining 3rd level, you’ve learned to channel your sexual prowess to capture the attention of those around you. When creatures within 60ft can see or hear you, you may expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to make a Performance roll against every enemy within range to make them focus on you. Resistance = 10 + Profiency Bonus + Charisma Modifier. Enemies who fail the save are compelled to gawk and cat call the bard while possibly throwing money at them. Enemies who succeed in the save are unaffected and cannot be affected by this ability for number of rounds equal to your Proficiency bonus.

Irresistible Force
Starting at 6th level, you can add your Charisma modifier onto your Enchantment spell and spell-like ability rolls.

Strip-Tease!
At 14th level, you have mastered both the art of Seduction and entertainment that you can weave them into each other. You may use a Performance roll to gain the attention of those around you, by expending a use of Bardic Inspiration, you may also cast an enchantment spell as a bonus action and be used on everyone watching or listening to your performance.

Too sexualized for my taste, but in terms of actual mechanics:

The AC bonus is too high, getting Charisma and Dexterity to AC will allow this bard to easily outclass any other in terms of AC. This is on top of getting just as many skills as the Lore bard.

Make it rain should have a DC of 8 + proficiency bonus + charisma modifier, not 10 +. It lacks specifics about what this gawking actually does. Can it be used in combat? Does it disable them in combat? If so, WAY too powerful.

Irresistible Force breaks bounded accuracy.

Strip-Tease is potentially broken, in that you could literally use "Charm Person" on a stadium of people if I'm reading it correctly. Set a limit of people equal to your charisma modifier, at the very least.
