If I went Fighter 2 and I have the Practiced Initiator trait, when I level up and take Warlord 1, would I be able to select 6 maneuvers all from level 2?

You will gain all of the regular number of maneuvers and stances of a level 1 Warlord, but your initiator level is 3, so you can take level 2 maneuvers and stances instead of only level 1 maneuvers and stances.
