Ranged disarm and Splitting

Since with ranged disarm one can do disarm attempts with a ranged weapon within 30ft range. How would this work with the splitting property? Since both bolts/arrows go at the same target would this mean 2 opposed attack rolls?

Since both missiles from the splitting property must strike the same target, both must be aimed at the enemy's weapon. You make two opposed attack rolls.
