Howdy folks! I need help in designing a BBEG for a modern pathfinder campaign I'm working on. In this setting the majority (over 90 percent) of people do not know that magic exists, let alone magical creatures and beings. I plan on this being set in modern LA. Here's the rough description of the villain so far-->
Mayor Norman Walker (human)--> Norman Walker is a “human” nationalist. He believes that all humans need to be united together. To the citizens that don't know of their being other species this seems great. Mayor Norman Walker plans on subjugating and eradicating all faerie, demonic, and unnatural beings in Los Angeles. Mayor Normans reasoning is that humans are the chosen people of this earth. He believes that all meta-terrestrial life is is a threat to the success of humanity. Before he was mayor he was the DA of Los Angeles.
