Knowledge devotion to Disarm attampts?

So since Knowledge devotion adds an Insight bonus to all attack rolls against a creature type during combat, would that insight bonus apply to the opposed attack roll for disarm attempts?

There can be a case for the attack rolls. Damage rolls against a weapon might be a different story.

The only time I think the damage would apply is against intelligent magic weapons, since they are considered Constructs.

Intelligent items can actually be considered creatures because they have Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Treat them as constructs. Intelligent items often have the ability to illuminate their surroundings at will (as magic weapons do); many cannot see otherwise.
