1st edition relaxation of the 45 day rule?

1st edition AD&D threads don't come up that often. The 45 day rule on not posting to such threads (if the last post wasn't in the last 45 days) makes it very difficult to get any kind of interaction going between people that want to talk about 1st edition games.

Is there a chance that the 45 day rule could be relaxed on the "rarely discussed" games like 1st edition AD&D? Maybe if the thread has the prefix "1st edition AD&D" or some such?

Sheriff: Probably not. You can always start a new thread and link back to the old discussion. It's at least worth or consideration, though.
