Celestial with Highest Charisma?

Which celestial in official 3.5e books has the highest Charisma? I am asking because I am playing a creature channeling a celestial focused around charisma.

Not sure if they are all (or if any) are celestials, but Deities and Demigods has the biggest statblocks I'm aware of. Your answer might be in there

Barring unique beings, I think the tulani eladrin, from Book of Exalted Deeds, is the best you're going to find; CR 18, Charisma 26. Solars are a close second, with Charisma 25.

If we're including unique beings (that aren't deities), the maybe Morwel (BoED, p.150): Cha 39.

According to the table on page 122, channeling Morwel gives a Cha of 34.

Lillend's only have 18 charisma, but their lore has them as defenders of the arts, and they're natural bards.
