I am wondering which wild shape forms do the most amount of damage? For the moon path of druid this would include all beasts and the 4 elementals with a cr 6 or less.

The elementals deal the most damage depending on the situation.

The Giant Crocodile deals the most damage in a conventional slug fest. A bite for 21 damage and a tail for 14 damage. The bite restrains targets and the tail knocks them prone.
