Looking for some old WotC boards soulmelds by Tempest Stormwind

I was browsing some old archived WotC posts for homebrew totemist soulmelds and in one Tempest Stormwind said he had some in his sig but I can't seem to find a copy of them anywhere. I know it's very unlikely that anyone here happens to have them but I figured it's worth a shot. Also if anyone has their own totemist homebrew I'd be happy to use those too.
