I'm looking for an flavorful magical way to build a wanted poster or similar. My top notion is a small stone with a permanent Silent Image. When triggered (by a command word known to registered bounty hunters or similar) it projects out a 'hologram' wanted poster.
The problem is that to construct such a thing seems to be well higher level than would be warranted for such (the world is E6, but I have little problem having this creation be a custom spell of a lower level). I'm fine with going rule-of-cool, but am wondering if there's already a Wonderous Item or such that does something similar and more manageable.
My alternative is similar flavor but utilizing magic mouth, but it lacks a certain wow factor to my mind. Any advice on having done similar, or on-point magic items would be greatly appreciated.
