Wasn't there a monster in one of the D&D editions that was some kind of hybrid air-ice elemental that just looked like a small living tornado, but it would pick up snow and dirt in its path, and it had a fondness for finding skulls and keeping one at its center, which it would turn to face creatures that looked at it? I think I remember the art depicting the core of the creature being a snowball with a jawbone packed into it, with two rocks looking vaguely like eyes, and maybe some grass in there, too. Can anyone track this monster down for me?
