I'm making a level 3 Sobek Daevic(Akashic Mysteries race and class), and I'm sitting at a 15ft move speed due to medium armor and a racial speed reduction(20ft). Other than mithral(which I can't afford for my breastplate quite yet), is there any way I can increase my movement speed?

Well, spells and a few magic items. The Fleet feat (+5 ft. speed) applies only in light or no armor.
Dipping into Barbarian can get you +10 foot move, and Boots of Striding and Springing can give you a +5.
Within Akashic Mysteries, if you dip into Guru or Vizier will let you bind Coward's Boots for 5 points per essence invested.
Edit: You don't need to dipinto Guru or Vizier, in fact you just need the Shape Veil feat.

If you can get a wand of longstrider that increases your speed 10ft and it has a 1 hr/level.
I believe the boots of striding and springing add 10ft, not 5. The +5 is to jump/acrobatics checks.
If you get the ability to fly one way or another that makes you go pretty fast.

Barbarian or access to the travel domain (cleric/inquisitor) give you +10 ft at first level.

You're using Dreamscarred Press? Dip Aegis. +25 movement speed.
