I need to know what would be the best build for a evil 21 cleric for a epic campaign that I am going to play never really played a spell caster very interest in clerics

You have a very wide array of options.

One of my all time favorites, though, has been the ultra fun entropomancer.

An evil cleric with a sphere of annihilation. Oh the fun to be had.

What are the other players playing? Can you give us some idea of your optimization level? What monsters does the DM use?

I think at level 21 your best build is 24 ranks in spellcraft, plus an item familiar. Perhaps k:history or arcana as well, if your GM thinks you need extra research for access to the Mythal seed.

Well, depends-- what do you want to specialize in? Melee? Archery? Blasting? Buffing? BFC? Summoning? Necromancy?
