I have a player who's playing a Warforged with a good amount of Wisdom due to his Psychic Warrior/Soulknife levels and due to the party angering a ghost he got slapped with some ability score damage to his Wisdom.
Little does he know that he's also suffering from a special condition due to a modified swarm that will impose Constitution damage soon.

My question is this:
It states that Warforged does not heal naturally since it is a construct. Does this include Ability Score loss?
If so, how would they regain the ability damage they've suffered? (Restoration is obvious but not likely since Divine Magic is highly feared and is rather rare as a result.)

I feel like this is one of the dangers that Warforged have to face since they have so many immunities but I want to present some options for him in case this happens again.

Thanks in advance!

A warforged can't heal lethal damage naturally.
Warforged heal ability damage and nonlethal damage normally. It's only lethal damage that they can't heal.
