Antimagic field suppresses magical effects within its radius, but it has a peculiar little line at the bottom of its description:

Should a creature be larger than the area enclosed by the barrier, any part of it that lies outside the barrier is unaffected by the field.

There are, however, a number of spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural effects that allow a creature to grow to a size such that they occupy more than a single five-foot square.

So what happens to a normally medium but currently (and magically) large (or bigger as necessary) creature, part of which is suddenly caught in an antimagic field, but the rest of which is outside that area?

Well, the intent seems to be that only parts outside the field benefit or suffer from spells. So if you cast Bull's Strength on a giant partially within the field, attacks that giant made against creatures on its non-AMF side would get the bonus, but attacks made against creatures on the AMF side wouldn't.

I suggest describing it as some kind of contortion taking place over a small area, with the attacks made against creatures one one side getting the bonuses from size, and attacks against other creatures not.

The raw interpretation seems to be that the overlap area is suppressed but no harm comes to the enhanced-and-suppressed individual despite the obvious geometric difficulties. A plausible way to handle it is to have the enhanced creature designate a central location as the one that it is "really" in. If AMF overlaps this critical location, then the enhancement is entirely suppressed. If AMF does not overlap the critical location, then it is partially suppressed, which has consequences for reach.
