So well, reading the carrying loads table, i don't really get it. The max agility in what? And running speed? It is tripled and multiplied by 4? What? Well, i really need some explanation for the whole table here, thanks.

It's the same as the base d20 rules: carrying capacity here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/carryingCapacity.htm). Carrying a heavy load gives the same set of penalties as wearing armor, here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/armor.htm#speed). All you have to do is read the relevant rules.

Wearing armor puts a cap on how much dex bonus you get to AC. If you have a dex bonus of +5 and wear say, a Breastplate, you only get +3 AC from dex even though you have +5 dex bonus.

Wearing armor gives you penalty on certain skill checks. Wearing medium or heavy armor reduces your movement speed, usually from 30' to 20'. When you run you normally move at 4x your base speed. When wearing heavy armor you run at 3x your base speed.
