As the tin says, I recently got into a new game and I'm looking for a build based around the idea of a drunken brawler type of character I am not looking for a giant build but a nudge in the right directions. Info for character stuffs, 30 point buy and banned is third party stuff, core summoner, and vigilante for classes, leadership is banned for feats. Any suggestions or ideas are helpful

Well, Pathfinder has just the right deity for you: Cayden Cailean (http://archivesofnethys.com/DeityDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Cayden%20Cailean).

Start with Blade and Tankard (http://archivesofnethys.com/FeatDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Divine%20Fighting%20Tech nique). That allows you to take a drink in place of an off-hand attack, which is both stylish and combines well with the rest of these options.

Drunken Brawler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/drunken-brawler-combat) is a nice way to get temporary hitpoints, as well as a nice bonus to Fortitude- and Will-saves. It comes with a penalty to Reflex-saves, but you can probably live with that. You can just take a drink before combat - but better yet, with Blade and Tankard, you can restore these tempHP and the bonus in combat rather easily.

Courage in a Bottle (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/courage-in-a-bottle) works rather well if you go for Fighter-levels - at least, if you improve what Bravery does. Armed Bravery Advanced Weapon Training applies it to Will-saves, Improved Bravery feat adds it to all saves against mind-affecting (this doesn't stack), Bravery in Action (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/bravery-in-action) adds it to Initiative, Social Bravery adds it to some social checks, Inspiring Bravery (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/inspiring-bravery-combat) adds the mind-affecting and social bonuses to nearby allies.

The Barbarian offers two archetypes and several rage powers related to alcohol.
The Drunken Brute (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/archetypes/paizo---barbarian-archetypes/drunken-brute) can chug drinks to prolong his rage, while the Drunken Rager can do so to gain "drunken rage points" which can be spent for a variety of purposes. Both of these specify an action to take such a drink, which doesn't interact with Blade and Tankard - however, in the case of Drunken Brute, it'd be very reasonable to have such an interaction (because it's worded as "can drink as a move action", so the faster drink from blade and tankard can override that).
Good for what Ails You (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/rage-powers/paizo---rage-powers/good-for-what-ails-you-ex) provides a free extra save against a bunch of conditions and poison when you take a drink.
Liquid Courage, Roaring Drunk and Staggering Drunk provide a +1 bonus per drink (up to 1+/4 levels) to saves against mind-affecting, Intimidate and AC against AoOs respectively.
Internal Fortitude is notable for negating nauseated, which can be used for rage-cylcing - but rage-cycling works poorly with the three rage-powers above.

We also have a magic item, the Fighting Tankard (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/specific-magic-weapons/fighting-tankard). It has five extra-dimensional spaces, so you wouldn't have to re-fill it as often. However, do note that it interacts a bit weirdly with Blade and Tankard - does it count as a tankard for its purpose, and if so do you wield the thing as a light mace or light hammer? But that's just a minor issue that's easily resolved.

Finally, there's an excellent prestige class for Cayden Cailean - the Brewkeeper (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/a-b/brewkeeper). It can create potions for free (called draughts, but otherwise working the same), add alcohol to potions, and do other nice things.

Okay, how do we put this all together? What class do we take?

We have two main options - Fighter, and Barbarian or Bloodrager.
We can arguably just combine all three - a single level in Drunken Brute Barbarian, then just levels in Bloodrager, and finally a variant multiclass in Fighter (or not, since it eats a lot of feats). Possibly a single level in Swashbuckler because it can provide Blade and Tankard for free. For feats, take Two-Weapon Fighting, Drunken Brawler, and whatever Bravery-feats you want. For rage powers, take the ones mentioned above via Primalist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/bloodrager/archetypes/paizo---bloodrager-archetypes/primalist). Enjoy a pretty high bonus to Will-saves, as well as the usual Rage-stuff.

Of course, we can also use Blade and Tankard Style with basically any class that profits from two-weapon fighting.
You could go with Cleric or Warpriest, you can go with Bard or Skald, or really any class you want.
Brewkeeper is pretty nice on it's own too - Alchemist offers quick entry, though Investigator would work too and really any casting-class works, even Bloodrager. Enjoy the quick buffs from your off-hand potion-drinking, free metamagic, and just generally nice things.

There is also the drunken master (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk/archetypes/paizo---monk-archetypes/drunken-master) monk which works off boozing it up.

I explored alcohol-based optimization a few years back for my Monklock (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?367701-The-quot-Monklock-quot-(drunken-ki-spam)) build (which abused drunken master and Qinggong for large amounts of SLA spam.) With all the great booze-related options they've added for Caydenites since then (many found on Serafina's list) it might be time to revisit it.

Anyway, I'll add the following:

- The Iron Liver (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/equipment-traits/iron-liver) trait will give you a +4 bonus on saves vs. getting smashed.
- Flask of Endless Sake (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/MagicWondrousDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Flask%20of%20E ndless%20Sake) gives you free refills.
- If you go the monk route, you can qualify for Fast Drinker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/fast-drinker) and Deep Drinker. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/deep-drinker)

There is also the drunken master (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk/archetypes/paizo---monk-archetypes/drunken-master) monk which works off boozing it up.

It's also compatible with Sensei (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk/archetypes/paizo---monk-archetypes/sensei) - so you can get hammered while sharing ki powers with everyone else (the buffs at least.)

Right, I completely forgot about drunken master.

Normally, you have to be Chaotic Good to take Blade and Tankard. However, a Cleric can just take the benefit in place of a 1st-level domain power - so you can take a single-level dip into Cleric, grab that, then go for Monk while staying Neutral Good. You can do the same with Inquisitor too, which arguably has better first-level benefits. Though honestly, you can also just ask your GM whether you can be a Chaotic Good Drunken Monk.

However, it's questionable how much benefit you really gain out if it. RAW it won't refill your Drunken Ki and you'll sooner or later take a drink each round as a swift action anyway. However, you can still use it to drink a potion - this would work especially well if you have a Brewmaster in your group! And of course, you can just use the free Dirty Trick option, if you so choose.

Oh, and Clerics of Cayden Cailean can use Create Water to make booze.
